Shipping Policy

Adeline processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.
Address changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.

Adeline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or household members to ensure it was not received by mistake. If the package still cannot be found, please contact UPS or USPS directly to file a claim.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Adeline is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Standard Shipping (U.S.)

Standard shipping is a $7 flat rate. Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 3–6 business days for delivery.

Expedited Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Expedited shipping within the continental U.S. typically arrives within 1–2 business days after shipment.

All expedited orders placed Friday after 2:00 PM CST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders only.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for a flat rate of $25.

Estimated delivery time is 12–18 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

In-Store Pickup

If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Orders will be held for 14 days.
